moonshadowing
to moonshadow, or engage in moonshadowing is to engage in an emotional clearing technique where one allows sorrow and emotional pain to p-ss through one’s self by allowance and openness, with the intent to allow it’s culmination. moonshadowing is considered a spiritual practice by many.
i performed moonshadowing for the loss of my son. i moonshadowed for the pain caused by my divorce.
