a nickname given to the regimental sgt major of 3 para (a well know unit of the uk military). the name refers to the uncanny resemblance to the character from the popular series “the simpsons” called “chief wiggum”.
morgan wiggum is also a constant source of new catchphrases. such as “oi c-ck smokers”, “go get em boys” and “get those f-cking sidies up”.
