walt disney world in orlando. also known as the tragic kingdom. employees of wdw lovingly refer to it as mouschwitz because of the jack boot tyranny of the management. you know how companies with a lot of middle management care less about the individuals? disney is almost all middle management. like a klingon ship you can only be promoted by killing the career of the person above you. they do not however discriminate against any race, creed, color, or s-xual orientation. employees are all equally disposable. as their slogan says, and i paraphrase “exploiting creativity through diversity.”
nineteen years at mouschwitz, and today a kid that wasn’t born when i started is my new boss.
