Mouthstyle
a term, typically used by a southern belle who is too sophisticated to use such debase terminology such as bl-w j-b or oral s-x.
“hey ya’ll! did you hear that anna belle did mouthstyle on that boy that she met at the bar last night!?!”
“my boyfriend is always asking me to do mouthstyle on him. the next time he asks, i’m going to tell him i need a ring!”
