when you dress up four women like the four presidents featured on mt. rushmore; george washington, thomas jefferson, teddy roosevelt, and abraham lincoln. you have them stand motionless in a row, whilst you floss their v-g-n-s (with dental floss). simultaneously, someone else, dressed as an asian tourist, takes photos.
