can mean 1 of 2 things:
a) when a reference to ‘m-ff’ is made during conversation. this is called “dropping the m-ff-bomb”
b) having the same meaning as a “f-nny fart” or “tawt” the releasing of air from woman’s v-g-n-l cavity.
friend 1 – “bro, have you seen the latest harry potter movie?”
friend 2 – “nah man, not yet… will catch it after i see the girlfriend, maybe go with her?”
friend 1 “oh yeah? you gonna go touch the m-ff are ya?”
friend 3 – oh what?! – do i smell a m-ff-bomb?”
