an obese person whose legs chafe so badly that talc-m powder or other dry applicant needs to be applied; but due to perspiration and walking, the applicant gets kneaded by the legs into a dough-like material that consequently runs down the person’s legs.
for the record, a nurse introduced me to this term when describing aspects of patient care.
