the individual who selects the easiest, least messy task within a given job. derived from the obscenley disgusting s-xual act called the mung where the person acting as the jumper definitely has the less painful -ssignment.
my roommate conveniently volunteered to clean the bedroom leaving me to scrub the disgusting bathroom. it sucks living with such a mung jumper.
