a company comprised mainly of management who have gained their position by ripping off other companies, and using the money to begin new ventures, where they rip off everybody else, and repeat the process again.
i know better than to deal with nacip, i got f-cked by one of the owners when i was with his previous company, and his partner is a well-known snake in the industry.
