Nancompoop
a nancomp–p is someone who means well but tends to screw things up. not so much a nincomp–p, in that they aren’t just scr-w-ng up because they are clumsy or stupid. nancomp–ps screw up more so that they are oblivious to whats going on and don’t really pay attention to what others are doing or how they will feel about things.
