this is the act of shoving a tissue up a dead persons -rs-hole, and then flapping (waving) it in their face multiple times. after this is performed you may want to eat the tissue, or pleasure yourslef by sticking it up your j-pseye.
i went necro tissue-flapping the other night, it was ausantisch, but i think i may have come away with aids.
