usually a favorable observation or characteristic of someone that is able to swing deals on the cheap and make things happen by trading or using very little money. at times could appear on the outside to be a bit shady in their dealings but not necessarily criminal.
i’m not really sure how chris manages to get all this stuff for our parties so inexpensively but somehow she always does. i guess it is because she is negro slick. g-d love her!
