nergileh basically is a smoking contraption used to smoke flavored tobacco in many middle eastern countries and can be found in all shapes, sizes and colors. usually it is in a shape like an hour gl-ss and can have as many as 5-8 pipes coming out or just one. other ways to say it hookah, shesha,hashish, or abbreviated just say “nerg”
