Newbern, TN
a town in extreme northwest tennessee. population: -400. twenty churches, a couple schools, and the ancient train depot. no wal-mart, no stoplights. the whole town comes out for the basketball games. nothing really happens.. and when it does, the whole town knows about it in the state gazette.
