when one cuts his/her hair and replaces his/her gl-sses contacts. similar to rachel leigh cook’s character transformation in the 1999 movie she’s all that. as a result hotness points are increased exponentially.
if a picture is taken, anyone that has the nick tobat effect causes the overall picture and its occupants to have a certain glow, making them all extremely attractive.
