Nigga Excuse
a n-gg- excuse is just like a regular excuse, but is dumbed down into a form of n-gg-dome. n-gg- excuses often stem from, but are not limited to, n-gg- moments, i.e n-gg- situations, which then require n-gg- excuses. n-gg- excuses often times only make since to n-gg-s and the n-gg-s that come up with them.
