Niggas is wilin’!
a term first used on the chappelles show, on the “mad real world” skit. it decribes a situation in which individuals(not neccesarily any particular race) are behaving in a loud, crazy, sometimes violent manner. such behavior is usually drug or alchohol induced.
mike: “hey vince! after we slam these beers im bout to knock that n-gg- out, and leave the club with his girl.”
vince: “n-gg-s is wilin’!”
