noun (slang) a part of, or specific area of, a larger town or a city characteristically populated by lower socio-economic cl-ss african-americans and usually a center for various illegal activity such as drug dealing, pandering and procurment of prost-tution, strong-arm robbery, burglary, and -ssault & battery. also usually containing dilapildated residential structures with junk and refuse visible in yard or commons areas.

2. a place or neighborhood characterized by dirt roads, many of which often don’t connect with paved toroughfares of the community at large, and small, humble dwellings, such as shotgun shacks, many of which are dilapitated and are in need of repair. the place often lacks essentials such as dependable utilities and mercantile establishments such as stores, other than small mom ‘n pop convenience stores and perhaps a liquor store c-m bar. the place, mostly inhabited by members of a single minority mostly living at or below the poverty line, is poorly policed and has been kept backward by a policy of intentional or unintentional economic and social segregation.
when i went down to the loading dock for my weekly audit, i noticed that none of the black guys were around.
“i heard on the b–btube there was a big dust-up in n-gg-r town last night,” the foreman said.
“that explains it,” i said, shaking my head.
