Nikmis
brainchild of william simkin, a 17th century harpsichord player who, after a time-travel experiment gone awry, has found himself stranded in the present day. william has taken a liking to modern-day synthesizers and has been quoted as calling them “manageable”. the project’s name stemmed from a childhood nightmare william had of a giant man/toast beast with the face of a cat. he dubbed the creature nikmis, his last name backwards. “they’ll never figure that one out!” he said.
