1) when you say something extremely ridiculous, as if it were an idea to be thought of when you were blitzed out of your skull.
2) any ridiculous statement pertaining to use of marijuana.
1) “let’s go… get some horses… and gallop down this f-cking driveway, dude… oh, no stoner.”
2) “i’m smoking like 10 bowls. no stoner, though.”
