originated from the simpsons character professor frink, that ends his mad scientist rants using the phrase noiven-kahoiven or some variant of it, possibly caused by tourretes. used to describe someone or something that is or looks especially nerdy. a major noiven is someone who particularly has many of the same characteristics or features of professor frink. noiven does not have a designated connotation; it can be used or taken many ways.
that guy is a major noiven.
