the act of not doing anything, ever. no matter how small, important or otherwise, the ability to react to a situation is muted by a complete lack of motivation and understanding.
i asked him what he wanted to do tonight, he said “i don’t care!” he’s really mean.
no he’s not mean, that’s his nondoinganythingness acting up again.
