an urban legend that seems to have originated in a small alabama town east of birmingham.
nozr is said to be the pure form of coolness and may have single handed (though there are said to be -ssociates) kept the punk rock scene alive in most of the southeast. those who claim to have known him say he has quietly disappeared to become a family man, bringing up the next generation of coolness.
