nufee
‘nufee’ is an expression used when a bank or other financial inst-tution comes up with a new fee to “bank rape” you.
examples: a 2011 attempt by multiple national banks to start charging a $5 monthly access fee for debit card use.
or
a $5 fee to replace a lost debit card ($20 for rush delivery).
or
increased account minimum balances so the bank can charge a monthly fee for an account.
“oh man, i just got nufeed by my bank! i’m not paying that $5 fee!”
