if somebody goes against the pre-defined rules of social cannabis smoking.
when p-ssing round a “spliff”, if a member of the group p-sses it the wrong way, i.e. anti-clockwise, it is know as obtation. a member of the group merely has to say the word to acknowledge the wrongdoing.
