a word meaning that odd is usual in a surreal sense. culture shock, a person who finds themselves outside their confort zone, yet in someone elses usual comfort zone. odd but usual.
since the hurricaine in new orleans, everyday seems to be oddusual. a usually odd place could be said to be oddusual.
