something you say when something is totally lame or annoying.
person 1: dude my car just broke down
person 2: oh dip
an exclamatory phrase, usually expressing disbelief at a third party’s offensive behavior, or when the speaker is in an uneasy situation; variant of “oh, snap!”.

similar to “oh d-mn”, used in an awkward or difficult situation.
