something that would only be considered acceptable in ohio. can be used as a compliment for trying or as a general insult. usually based on at least two of the following: bad manners, outdated trends, poor hygiene, prevalence of ohio sports team paraphernalia, hunting, general cheapness/tackiness, or fake tanning.
