Ostara
the patron (germanic) g-ddess of spring, fertility and of new life, after whom the holiday easter was named and originally celebrated in honor of. some of her symbols include the rabbit, egg, flowers, and other symbols of fertility. hot cross buns originated as offerings to ostara.
aside from being a g-ddess, ostara is also a holiday.
