the janitor in capcom’s dead rising. he always calls frank at the worst possible times, mostly telling you things you don’t need to know:
“looks like you’ve made it to the food court, frank. there’s a lot of restaurants there.”
otis the janitor is a dead rising’s peppy from star fox 64.
he tells you everything you need to know… over and over and over.
