a pamperslam is when you fool, or surprise someone s-xually in a negitive way.
guy 1: dude last night while sarah was sleeping i put baby powder on my d-ck and slaped her in the face.
guy 2: dude!!!! f-cking pamperslam!!
girl 1: so you know that guy that cheated on my sister?
girl 2: yeah.
