pans-xual is a s-xuality in which age/race/religion/s-xuality/s-x/gender/money/weight/height/disability does not contribute to the initial attraction to a person. a pans-xual is first attracted by the personality and the chemistry between themselves and the other person and then other attractions come later. for example a pans-xual would choose an honest caring slightly overweight man over a nasty self centered man with a 6 pack. panseuxuals are however monogamous (they are only ever with one person at a time)

basically, being attracted to not just two s-xes like bis-xual implies. they’re attracted to all genders. this means the pans-xual person is attracted to, or can be attracted to, males, females, inters-xes, pangenders, androgynes, agenders, genderqueers, bigenders and many more.

a pans-xual is someone who isn’t influenced by the binaries and labels surrounding gender and s-xuality. this can mean attraction to anyone regardless of their gender ident-ty or s-xual orientation. some pans-xuals take it a step further to be openly against those labels and definitions, considering them to be destructive and alienating.
