parob


a physically working peasant (mid-age europe), word comes from polish ‘parób’. parob had to work for his lord before he could work on his own acre (his work for lord was called a corvee). nowadays often used to offend someone, to suggest that he is not important in our hierarchy.
he thinks he rules. in fact he is just a fuc–g parob and has to work out a corvee on my acre.
