party plates
the term used for people who have the “special” license plates after receiving 2 duis. usually bright yellow in color.
“i would feel like such a loser if i had bright yellow party plates like that douche bag in front of us”
liscence plates you have to use as punishment for a dui/dwi. usually they are red and yellow.
billy bob gets pulled over twice a week, just because he’s got party plates.
