letting one’s true nature show through by speaking without thinking. often occurs after having too much alcohol.generally showing a racist and/or s-xist nature. a n-z- streak.

often followed by a shocked or at least uncomfortable silence.
the pope really committed a paux pas when he compared islam as “evil and inhuman”.
