acronym for p-ssy cut-off date. used by the u.s. military especially during the vietnam era to mean a date prior to your return to your wife or significant other (usually 60 days before deros), beyond which you did not get laid in whatever venue you were -ssigned to (not just vietnam). this was to insure, of course, that you didn’t bring some exotic social disease back to your lady as a gift, instead of that happi-coat she really wanted (usually acquired in the yokota airbase pax terminal).
