combining the words ‘pedophile’ and ‘phallus’ together enabling the average gamer to deliver two insults in one blow, calling his opponent both a pedophile and a p-n-s, the erect p-n-s of a pedophile or even a pedophile with an erection depending upon how the insult is received.
