a person or group of people that work directly for an open h-m-s-xual. at christmas time they will endeavor to find the gayest present imagineable to appeal to his/her gayness.
for example, they may all get together and have a picture taken with santa at a mall or alternatively, they have been know to cross st-tch their boss’s name in different fonts as tree ornaments or may create elaborate and frilly outfits for the boss’s cat or dog.
