penalty flick


a penalty flick is a set play in field hockey. from the penalty spot the player that is to flick the ball can not hit it. if the shot is saved by the goalkeeper, goes wide, hits the post, or even hits the post and go in the flick does not count and it goes stright to a 16 yard hit out.
