a phone troll spends most of his workdays terrorizing reps with remarkably stupid questions. he tends to blame them for his own unearthly stupidity.
it is said that a phone troll’s iq may be lower than 50. this is clearly a myth because he can’t read or write. some even speculate that he might actually be a she.
it’s worth mentioning that a phone troll is an uncommon mutation of the much more popular internet troll.
