southern italian dialect, meaning being really really really picky for just about everything there is to be picky about. this person gets easily irritated and complains about the most minuscule things. usually has a perpetual puss on her/his face.
she is so pilicusa about everything, i can’t stand to look at or hear her anymore! ugh!
