Pillow Talker
a person that, when speaking, sounds as if they have a pillow in their mouth. pillow talkers are more commonly referred to as “r-t-rds”, or (on the pc side of things) having “down syndrome”.
dude, did you hear how that pillow talker ordered his starbucks? good thing there was another r-t-rd behind the counter to understand that jibberish!
