PIM Sync
paddles in motion is a dragon boat team. while working hard and as one in the boat, they’ve mastered pim sync!

pim, being personal information, can be synchronized to your blackberry smartphone wirelessly through a blackberry enterprise server or by using desktop manager.
i use pim sync to make sure my blackberry has the same calendar, contacts and memopad entries as my outlook does.
