the shortened version of ‘pirate!england’ , the pirate version of england, or arthur kirkland, from hetalia; axis powers.
the character has appeared in one strip in the first volume of hetalia, when france remembers his attempts to attack england several times, but fails.
he has not had his own cameo in the series yet, but an official design has been released for him by hidekaz himaruya, the creator of hetalia.
