a graphic artist/designer, especially one who is extremely p-ssionate or deeply involved in the art.
ex. 1: just get julianne to design the flyer for your show. she’s a pixelhead. she’ll design anything you put in front of her.
ex. 2: i love anything that has to do with graphics or graphic design; i’m a total pixelhead.
ex. 3: you’re the pixelhead here. you should be creating the book cover design.
