pizza puffing
pizza puffs are a chicago delicacy. a tortilla like pizza dough is smothered with mozzarella cheese and pizza sauce laced with crumbled italian sausage. it is then wrapped into a rectangular shape and deep fried.
“i was going to pick up a puff and a beef sandwich, once around the pool, when i realized that i’d be in full recline. i bought another puff instead and went full-on pizza puffing during the game.
