plastic donut
store-bought cake donuts, sometimes chocolate but usually yellow cake coated in chocolate. their highly-processed nature is evident by taste. these donuts are called plastic due to the hard coating (instead of a traditional frosting) and artificial ingredients.
can you go to the corner bodega and pick up a box of those entenmann’s plastic donuts?
