pliching is when going commando you tear a hole in your pants (either on purpose or by accident) exposing your genitals to the world. or going commando with your fly unzipped.
after ripping a hole in my pants on my lunch break, my boss totally noticed i was pliching.
i was at the club and didn’t notice my fly was down. i was pliching everyone!
