this is a term to describe a douche bag, a jak-ss, or a b-tch
it was invented to be more insulting because a douche bag will clean the p-ssy, while a plosher will make a d-ck dirty
it is used so the person it is directed at is even more p-ssed off then if you just called them a douche or a b-tch
that kid looked like a plosher to me.
