a term used to address a cute/fluffy puppy or dog. this term is usually used to address random dogs you see on the street.
she was walking down the narrow road when she spotted a cute, little puppy, and immediately uttered in an endearing voice, “pluffie!!! here pluffie. awww, you are so adorable.”
